The Health and Safety Management for Construction qualification (NC) is aimed at anyone (managers, supervisors and workers) in the construction sector. It’s ideal for anyone who needs a broad understanding of construction health and safety issues to be able to manage day-to-day risks effectively
Course Content
Aligned to CDM regulations, NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK) is guided by legislation but focussed on best practice. The broad syllabus includes:

Length of course
NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK) will involve A programme of study needs to be based around a minimum of 70 taught hours and approximately 40 self-study hours.
Assessment
The assessment is an open book examination (OBE), which will be based on a realistic scenario, that will test both what you know and what you can do. You will be asked to carry out a series of tasks using evidence from the scenario and the underpinning knowledge gained through your studies and revision. You will have 48 hours to download, complete and submit your assessment
Prerequisites
The standard of English required by learners studying for the CN must be such that they can both understand and articulate the concepts contained in the syllabus.
